Pororo is popular among kids and the drawing contest is a welcome initiative which will motivate the kids more to stay glued to the screens. ZBC is committed to continue working with the Korean Embassy in Zimbabwe. On behalf of ZBC may I request further assistance in facilitation of other areas of cooperation such as the training of ZBC technical staff, exchange programmes with Korean broadcasters like Airing TV, said Chikunguru.

ZBC Children’s Programming Executive Producer, Miriam Jani, explained how kids can be part of the competition.

Pororo is an animation which airs on Mondays at 3pm. When kids watch Pororo, they can draw their favourite character and send the details on WhatsApp. That’s how they enter the competition which ends on the 5th of October.
