These include the General Cooperation Agreement on the Establishment of a Joint Permanent Commission, MOU between Rwanda Development Board and ZimTrade, MOU on the Cooperation in the Media, Information and Publicity, and MOU on Diplomatic Consultations.

The Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Senator Monica Mutsvangwa, said the signing if the agreements reflect the cordial relations that exist between the two countries, particularly in the exchange of information and training of journalists.

Acting Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Honourable July Moyo noted that the signing of the memoranda in different areas puts in place the appropriate legal framework for bilateral cooperation as envisioned by presidents of the two countries.
