Former Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Obedingwa Mguni has died after he reportedly collapsed on Tuesday afternoon.
Mguni was a senior Zanu PF official in Matebeleland South who took part in the Rhodesian Bush War between 1975 and 1980.
His death was confirmed last night by Minister of Justice Ziyambi Ziyambi.
“He was at Parliament this afternoon (Tuesday) and complained of a cold. I was advised later that he had collapsed and passed on,” said Ziyambi.
