A MASVINGO man,Levison Mbiti fatally struck and killed his father using a rock.
Levison Mbiti, 29, had meant to strike his nemesis Trust Gono, 25, during a drunken brawl.
According to eports Levison was drinking beer with his father Cephas, 69, and his mate Trust Gono. As the trio was drinking, a dispute between Cephas and Gono degenerated into a physical fight.
During the course of the fight, Levison decided to use a rock to get the better of Gono, but unfortunately for him, he missed his target and struck his father on the forehead instead.
The father fell unconscious and died a few hours later at Morgenster Mission Hospital where he had been admitted
