Well-known Zimhiphop artist Ti-Gonzi whose real name is Tinashe Gonzora is reportedly in a critical condition in ICU at a Harare hospital after he was stabbed on Monday night and dumped under a bridge near Highfields in Harare.
According to Ti- Gonzi’s manager, the ordeal happened when they were coming from the studio around 2am. They got into a bogus taxis which had three men who turned out to be robbers. The robbers pulled out knives and demanded that the pair produces their valuables and money.
Although the duo compiled the robbers stabbed and harmed them. T-Gonzi’s manager was thrown out of the moving car while T-Gonzi sustained some serious head injuries due to the stabbing.
The artist is said to have suffered memory loss.
